PM7 at our site in King's Lynn with a working width of 10.63 metres is the world's widest, largest and most powerful newsprint machine in the world. At a Speed of nearly 2,000m/min it has the capacity to produce 400,000 metric tonnes of newsprint per annum.

The product range at our site in King's Lynn is standard newsprint for coldset, heatset and flexo processes plus the Improved grades such as Palm Print and Palm Top. When designing the paper mill in King's Lynn, the latest and most environmentally-friendly technologies have been used so that a new environmentally-friendly benchmark was established. The production is completely based on selected and sorted recycled fibres.

Liz Truss visits Palm Paper in King’s Lynn
