The Palm Academy was established in 2017 and offers Palm employees ongoing training possibilities.
Currently 15 employees are enrolled in a 2 year high potential programme. As part of this initiative, the “Palm Career Booster” programme offers young professionals a 6 months project working in one of the Palm paper mills abroad. At a later stage a 2nd 6 months project can also be undertaken in one of the Palm German based paper mills.
With these internal development programmes Palm employees are able to create networks and gather experience in the different modern paper mills within the Palm group. This career path is supported with supplementary theoretical training.
